I would like to thank everyone that made it to the annual dinner; your attendance was greatly appreciated. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;?xml:namespace prefix = o /&gt;&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;Some of the things that happened at the annual meeting &amp;amp; dinner are I’m your President and Ron Sugden was voted in for his second term on the board thanks Ron for volunteering your time again to OTCTA, he is also your Vice President this year and Evie Roehl will be the board Secretary and Treasurer during her final year on the board.&lt;span style="mso-spacerun: yes"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;We talked about some of the things that happened over the last year, website updates and redesign, sport shows, the vacation guide (the Midweek is publishing it this year), marketing, the internets importance, OTCTA logo and more, one of my favorite things was seeing the winning pictures from this years photo contest be sure to look for them in the vacation guide, Fair Hills Resort had the winning photo from the OTCTA membership.&lt;span style="mso-spacerun: yes"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;The OTCTA has a monthly meeting on the 1&lt;sup&gt;st&lt;/sup&gt; Monday of every month at the Otter Supper Club EVERYONE is welcome to come and voice their ideas and opinions, I would love to see more members than just the board at them. If you are thinking of joining OTCTA and would like find out what we are all about just drop by.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;If there is something that you would like the OTCTA board and/or membership to know about feel free to give me or any board member a call or you can email the information also, ( my email info@fishrushlake.com) we all love to get input from the membership.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;I’m looking forward to another great year as your President this will be my last year on the board. We are always looking for people to volunteer their time to help out OTCTA. Volunteers are what make OTCTA so wonderful they help every business in Ottertail Country survive; it’s what makes this association work as that’s how for over 32 years we keep being able to provide such fantastic service promoting all of the Ottertail Country Tourism area. If you can help out we would love to have you. St. Paul 38th Annual January 9-13, 2008&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial;color:navy"&gt;&lt;b&gt;St Paul 5 day show attendance was very low with the exception on Saturday it picked back up only 750 OTCTA Vacation Guides were given out this year down a few hundred from years past. I was told that a lot of people didn’t want to carry the handouts and jotted down the web site address to check out when they got home. &lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial;color:navy"&gt;&lt;b&gt; &lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial;color:navy"&gt;&lt;b&gt;We had 26 OTCTA members that sent handouts to the show. If you didn’t you still can make the next shows get them to me in time.&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial"&gt;&lt;b&gt; &lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial"&gt;&lt;b&gt;River City Hunting &amp;amp; Fishing Expo, Mid America center, Council Bluffs IA January 18-20, 2008 (put on by the local Pheasants Forever chapter)&lt;span style="mso-spacerun: yes"&gt;  &lt;/span&gt;&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial;color:navy"&gt;&lt;b&gt;Council Bluffs 3 day show, this was the first year that OTCTA went to this show and attendance was great every day. We are the only Tourism Association and/or Group at the show over 900 OTCTA Vacation Guides were handed out.&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial;color:red"&gt;&lt;b&gt; &lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial;color:red"&gt;&lt;b&gt; &lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial;color:red"&gt;&lt;b&gt;We had 28 OTCTA members send handouts to the show.
