Bluffton
The small community of Bluffton (pop. 210) was incorporated February 24, 1903 and is 4 mi NW of Wadena. The building of the Northern Pacific Railroad in 1871 is responsible for the settling and organizing of Bluffton. Bluffton is one of the few communities in Otter Tail County that does not contain a lake within its limits.
