Otter Tail City is in the heart of Otter Tail County. In the winter, Otter Tail City is home to 313 residents, when summer arrives, the population swells to over 1000 people. Otter Tail City is nestled among hundreds of streams and lakes, the largest lake in the area is Otter Tail Lake.
